HOURS OF OPERATION
All Long Term Medical Supply Corp. locations are open from 8:30am -4:30pm, Monday through Friday. In case of an emergency all LTMS locations have a staff member on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Please see the contact us tab for information on the location and phone number of the location nearest to you.
PICK UP AND DELIVERY
Deliveries and pickup are provided free of charge within a 50 mile radius of each of our store locations. Service provided beyond this area is handled on a case-by-case situation. Routine orders should be placed at least 24 hours in advance. Equipment deliveries will be made as soon as possible, taking into consideration medical needs, Pt availability and Medicare or other payer guidelines that could affect your choice of equipment or payment method.
RENTAL EQUIPMENT
Rental equipment remains the property of LTMS, who will be responsible for all equipment repairs (except in the case of misuse or abuse). The customer is responsible for all routine maintenance as outlined during equipment set up and instruction. It is the customer's responsibility to notify the company right away if any equipment needs repair or is no longer being used. Rental charges will continue on all rental equipment not returned before a new billing cycle begins.
PURCHASED EQUIPMENT
New equipment is subject to the manufacturer's warranty, which will be provided with the product information. We will gladly help you fill out your warranty information at the time of purchase at your request. Used equipment purchased from our company has a 90 day warranty on parts and labor.
SERVICE AND REPAIR
LTMS can perform some equipment repair for customer owned equipment. If we are unable to assist you, we will attempt to find an alternate service for you. All repairs will be done on a scheduled basis.
RETURNS
Items may be returned accompanied by a sales slip up to one week after purchase unless:
- The item is worn near the skin and was ordered appropriately.
- The item is torn, stained, soiled or damaged
- The item was not defective but the packaging needed for resale was destroyed.
- The item is a consumable product or part of a packaged case.
- The item is custom ordered.
NOTE: A $20.00 SERVICE CHARGE WILL BE ASSESSED ON ALL RETURNED CHECKS
