Long Term Medical Supply Corp. is not only a homecare provider. We service nursing facilities in the states of Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin. We strive to provide excellent service to our nursing facilities while saving them time and money. We provide oxygen services as well as Medicare part B billing services for our nursing facilities. Oxygen Services
We provide the highest in quality equipment and service for your facility. It is Long Term Medical Supply's policy to provide the same excellent service to our nursing facilities as we do to our homecare patients. You will not receive lesser equipment or service attention. We visit our nursing facilities monthly to perform equipment functional checks and restock supplies. A LTMS staff member is on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week for emergencies. Other respiratory equipment is available such as:
- Nebulizers
- CPAP and BiPaP
- Suction Machines
- High Flow Air Compressors
Medicare Part B Billing Services
With 15 years experience behind us we will provide you with the highest in quality services. You will find our staff to be knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. We take a personal approach to servicing our facilities. A LTMS representative will visit with you twice a year for scheduled visits and at your request, to make sure your needs are being met. Customized service and expense reports are also available to you on a monthly basis at your request. Extended services will be available to you as well. Most importantly LTMS will not only save you time but increase your profitability.
We will bill under our provider number for the supplies that you may not be getting reimbursed for, or don't have the time or expertise to, and we provide these supplies to you at no expense. You are only responsible for residence that do not meet billing guidelines or use excessive supplies.
With LTMS all of your billing options are covered. We will bill Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance, Residents co-insurance, Private pay residents, and if needed your facility.
LTMS provides a variety of supplies which include

Using LTMS's services couldn't be any easier. To start a resident with their service you will need to provide us with only three forms, a resident's information sheet, an Assignment of Benefits, and an initial physician's order.
To assist you LTMS will in-service your employees on how to complete all paperwork and provide you with a Policy and Procedure manual. With all other questions a billing representative is available to you Monday-Friday.
Getting your supplies is just as easy. All initial supplies will be placed when you start your service with LTMS. Once you have started your service you will inventory supplies monthly to determine what you need to order giving you the ability to control your own costs. A quick call to our warehouse to place your order and everything will be shipped directly to your facility.
We know that choosing a service provider can be a stressful decision. That's why we will make sure that you understand everything that is included in your service agreement and unlike other providers a LTMS service agreement is non-exclusive so you will never have to turn away a resident because of services that may not be included, or their personal preference.
